At 70, Vijay Kumar leads the kind of life usually associated with healthy ageing. A retired employee of the Chandigarh UT administration, he lives in Zirakpur, Punjab, follows a disciplined routine and is a vegetarian. He neither smokes nor consumes alcohol.
